Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino brand Get Lucky Casino, when you access and use the website located at getlucku.casino (the "Website"). These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and supersede all previous versions relating to this Website.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Gameplay Conditions

  • Availability of Games: The selection of Games available on the Website may vary by jurisdiction and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Certain Games or features may not be offered to Users accessing from the UK or other restricted jurisdictions.
  • Rules of the Games: Each Game is governed by its own rules, pay-tables, return-to-player (RTP) information and any specific conditions displayed within the Game interface. Placing Bets

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bet Reversal

Termination by You

Suspension and Termination by Us
